The principles are:
- Education is essential for quality.
- Know the needs of customers.
- With analytical techniques and problem solving, most of the problems of the company can be solved.
- When you do not need inspections, it is the optimum point of quality.
- The key to quality are the techniques and study to market a product.
- Detect and eliminate the cause of problems.
- Quality is a long-term job.
- All workers and areas of the companies are responsible for the quality search.
